How do I search campaigns, pick a platform and sort the table?
Use the search box, the platform buttons and the column headers to find the campaigns you want in the Ads Manager table.
Search by campaign name

- Click the Search campaigns... box above the table. While the table is loading, the box is greyed out.
- Type part of the campaign name. Capital letters do not matter.
- Press Enter or click the magnifier icon. The table does not filter while you type.
- Click the X at the end of the box to clear the search and show every campaign again. Deleting all the text does the same.
The search matches campaign names only, not ad set or ad names. It also filters the rows inside Organic & Unassigned. There it reads the source name TrueROAS recorded, such as klaviyo, and not the name or group title you see, so a search for Email can miss rows in the Email group.
Show one platform
The buttons next to the search box show one platform at a time:
- Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads and Snapchat Ads show only that platform's campaigns.
- AppLovin shows only your AppLovin campaigns. The button only appears once AppLovin is connected. See How do I connect AppLovin?.
- Organic & Unassigned shows only the rows that do not belong to a connected ad platform, such as email or direct visits.
- Reset clears the choice and shows everything again.
On desktop, clicking a platform button that is already selected turns it off again. A greyed-out button means that platform is not connected to your store yet. Connect it under General Settings > Ad Platforms, or on the Integrations page as described in What is the Integrations page and what can I do there?. While the table is still loading, every button except Reset is greyed out.
Platform buttons filter both the campaign rows and the Organic & Unassigned rows. A platform button keeps the Organic & Unassigned rows that come from that platform, so Meta Ads also shows rows such as Facebook, Instagram and Meta ads (untracked). The search box and the platform choice work together, and both work on top of your Campaign Auto-Filters.
Sort by a column
Sorting is desktop only.
- Click a column header, for example Spend or Sales. The column sorts from high to low and the header shows a down chevron.
- Click the same header again to sort from low to high. The header shows an up chevron.
- Click it a third time to turn sorting off and go back to the default order.
The sorted column has a grey header. The sort also applies to the ad sets and ads inside each campaign, and to the rows in Organic & Unassigned.
In the default order, Meta campaigns come first and the other platforms follow in the order their data finished loading. Ad sets and ads are listed by number of conversions, then by spend, highest first.
With View-Through on, the sort leaves view-through sales and conversions out, so the order can differ from the numbers you see, for example in Sales or ROAS / POAS. True ROAS always sorts by a different sum than the one it shows. See What do the columns in the Ads Manager mean?.
On mobile
The search box sits above the campaign cards and the platform buttons are in a bar at the bottom of the screen with the same choices, including Reset. Cards cannot be sorted. See How do I use the Ads Manager on my phone?.
Good to know
- The search, the platform choice and the sort are only for you and only for this visit. They reset when you reload the page.
- You can select one platform at a time. To compare two platforms, click Reset and sort the table instead.
- The search box only reads campaign names. To find a specific ad, open its campaign and ad set with the arrows.
- Sorting is not available on mobile.
- Not every column sorts. 1D | 3D | 7D, Lead, ATC, Conv. Rate, Clicks, CTR, CPC, CPLC, Impressions, Reach, Compl. Reg., Discrepancy and Trend do nothing when clicked.
- To hide campaigns every time you open the page instead of searching, use Campaign Auto-Filters.
- Sorting, searching and platform buttons do not change the columns you see.
