What is in the Weekly summary report?
The Weekly summary shows last week's sales, spend, ROAS, orders and profit across every channel, compared with the week before.
What it covers
One full week, Monday to Sunday, for every channel together. Each number is shown next to the week before, so you can see what moved.
What you see
- A short written summary of the week and one suggested next step.
- Performance Overview: Total Sales, Total Spend, ROAS, Orders, New Customer Sales, Profit and AOV, each compared with the previous week.
- Channel Breakdown: sales per channel this week and last week. The sales per channel are the ones TrueROAS matched to that channel from your own orders, not what the ad platform claims.
When it is made
- Automatically on Monday morning, in your store's time zone, for the week that just ended. It is also sent by email.
- On request, with the Weekly Report button. See How do I create a new report?.
Good to know
- The report on the Reports page always shows the standard numbers. They match the dashboard for the same week while Incremental Attribution is off on your login. Incremental Attribution moves part of the credit for sales from direct visits and email to the ads that most likely caused them.
- When the Weekly report switch under Incremental Attribution is on for the store, the email shows the Incremental Attribution numbers instead, so the email and the report on the Reports page can differ. The switch is in Email Settings, as described in How do I choose who gets the daily and weekly report emails?.
- There is one Weekly summary per week for the whole store. Making it again for a week that already has one rebuilds it with the latest numbers and settings, and replaces the old one under the same link.
- You cannot change which day the week starts on, or pick a different week.
- To send it to someone, see How do I share or delete a report?.
