How do I create a TrueROAS account and log in?

Create your account with email and password, Google or Facebook, then log in on any TrueROAS page and stay logged in on that browser.

Open the login or sign-up form

While you are not logged in, every TrueROAS page shows the login form in place of the page. After you log in, the page you opened loads. These help articles and report links someone shared with you open without a login.

  • The login form is titled Welcome back, with Your real numbers are waiting. under it.
  • To create an account, click Sign up after New here? at the bottom of the login form. The sign-up form is titled See Your Real Numbers, with Instant Numbers. Free Trial. 2 Min Setup. under it.
  • To go back to the login form, click Log in after Already have an account? at the bottom of the sign-up form.

When you open a team invite link, the sign-up form is titled Join your team instead. What else is different for an invite is explained in How do I join a team when someone invites me to TrueROAS?.

Create an account with your email address

  1. On the sign-up form, type your email address in Email and choose a password in Password. The eye icon at the end of the password field shows or hides what you typed.
  2. Tick I accept the Terms & Privacy Policy. The Terms and Privacy Policy links open those pages on trueroas.com in a new tab.
  3. Click Get Started Free, or press Enter. Creating account... shows at the bottom of the screen, and TrueROAS logs you in.

If something is missing or wrong:

  • Without the tick, the box turns red and Please accept the terms and conditions to continue shows under it. If you pressed Enter instead of clicking the button, a message at the bottom of the screen asks you to accept the terms.
  • With both fields empty, you see Add your email and password, then press Sign Up.
  • When the email address or the password is not accepted, for example because the email address already has an account or the password is too short, a red message at the bottom of the screen says why. It goes away after 5 seconds.

Create an account with Google or Facebook

  1. On the sign-up form, tick I accept the Terms & Privacy Policy first. Without the tick, the buttons only turn the box red and show Please accept the terms and conditions to continue.
  2. Click Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook. A Google or Facebook window opens.
  3. Choose your account and allow the access TrueROAS asks for. You are logged in once the window closes.

Signing up with Google also saves your Google connection to your login, so Google Ads is connected from the start. Signing up with Facebook does the same for Meta. You still choose the ad account for each store, as explained in How do I connect, re-link or unlink Google Ads on the Integrations page? and How do I connect, refresh or disconnect my Facebook account for Meta Ads?.

If Facebook sign-in fails, your browser shows a message box with the reason. When there is no reason to show, it reads Sign in with Facebook failed. Please contact support. Or email us at hello@trueroas.com. If Google sign-in fails, a red message that starts with Authentication error: shows at the bottom of the screen.

  1. On the login form, type your Email and Password.
  2. Click Log In, or press Enter. You see Signed in successfully, and the page you opened loads.

If you created your account with Google or Facebook, click Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook under or continue with instead. If the Google or Facebook account you choose has no TrueROAS account yet, these buttons create one.

If logging in does not work:

  • If no account uses the email address you typed, a window titled Create New Account? says No account exists with this email address. Would you like to create a new account? Click Create Account to create an account with the email address and password you typed, or Cancel to close the window and check the address.
  • If the password is wrong, a red message at the bottom of the screen says so.
  • If you forgot your password, click Forgot password? under the Password field. See What do I do if I forgot my password?.

Good to know

  • You stay logged in on this browser until you sign out, also after you close the tab or the browser. To sign out, see How do I sign out of TrueROAS?.
  • Google and Facebook open in a pop-up window. If nothing opens, allow pop-ups for app.trueroas.com in your browser.
  • The first time you open the form in a browser tab, platform logos fly together for a few seconds before the form shows. A device set to reduce motion skips this.
  • On a phone, Contact us, Privacy Policy and ToS links sit under the form. Contact us opens the TrueROAS support chat. Other ways to reach support are in How do I get help or contact TrueROAS support?.
  • You do not need to confirm your email address before you use TrueROAS, and there is no two-step login.
  • If someone invited your email address to their team in the last 7 days, creating an account with that address adds you to their team right away.
  • Right after you create an account, the first-time setup starts. See How do I set up TrueROAS for the first time?.
  • To look around with sample data before you sign up, see Can I try TrueROAS with demo data before I sign up?.
