How do I get an agency account with My Clients and a discount link?

Support sets your login up as an agency, which adds My Clients to your menu and gives you a discount link to share with new clients.

What an agency account gives you

An agency account is a login that TrueROAS support has set up with a discount for your clients. It gives you:

How to get one

  1. Contact TrueROAS support and ask to be set up as an agency. How to reach support is explained in How do I get help or contact TrueROAS support?.
  2. Support attaches your agency discount to your login. You cannot do this step yourself.
  3. Once that is done, My Clients shows in your left menu.

If you open My Clients before you are set up

Until support has set up your login, your menu has no My Clients item. If you open the page another way, for example from a saved link, you see the heading Clients and the text This area is for agencies. If you manage stores for clients and want a shareable discount link, contact support to get set up.

Good to know

  • An agency account is tied to one login. Other people on your team do not get My Clients when they log in with their own login.
  • When you start a plan, the first question, I'm tracking ads for..., offers My Brand and My Clients (I manage ads for others). Picking My Clients there does not make your login an agency account. Only support can do that. Starting a plan is explained in How do I choose a plan and start my subscription?.
  • Your discount can be a percentage or a fixed amount. It can apply to the first payment only, to a set number of months, or forever.
  • My Clients does not show how many months a limited discount lasts, and it does not show the size of a fixed amount discount. Ask support if you are unsure what your clients get.
  • Being set up as an agency does not change your own plan or what you pay.
  • You cannot change your discount from My Clients. Contact support for that.
