How do I use the LTV page on my phone?

On a phone the LTV table turns into one card per channel, with partly different fields from the table you see on a computer.

What changes below 600 px

On screens narrower than 600 px, the table is replaced by one card per channel, in the same order as the table, highest revenue first.

The cards only show once the analysis has finished. Before you click Load Data, nothing shows under the Load Customer Data card. When there is nothing to count, no channel cards show, and there is no No data available. message either.

What a channel card shows

Each card shows the channel at the top left and the number of customers at the top right, for example 214 customers. Under it are four fields, Lifetime Value, Average Order Value, Returning Rate and Orders, and across the bottom, in blue, Total Revenue.

FieldWhat it shows
Lifetime ValueThe same number as Lifetime Value in the table.
Returning RateThe same number as Returning % in the table.
OrdersThe same number as Orders in the table.
Total RevenueThe channel's revenue. The table on a computer has no column for it.

To get a channel's average order value on a phone, divide Total Revenue by Orders.

The channel cards have no Payback Period and no info icons. What each number means is explained in What do the columns in the LTV table mean?.

Other source on a phone

  1. Tap the arrow at the right of the Other source card.
  2. A card opens for each source it holds, indented, with a grey line on its left and the source name above its number of customers. These cards show Lifetime Value, AOV, Returning Rate, Orders and Payback Period, and no Total Revenue. Here AOV is the same number as AOV in the table.
  3. The first 5 sources show. Tap Show more (N remaining), for example Show more (12 remaining), to add 5 more each time.
  4. Tap the arrow again to close them.

The rest of the page

  • On stores without the TrueROAS Shopify app, the cards with the totals above the table fill each row with as many cards as fit, each at least 150 px wide.
  • In Shopify Store Metrics, the four lifetime value cards sit two per row, and the cards for the last 30 days fill each row with as many cards as fit, each at least 150 px wide. See What do the Shopify Store Metrics on the LTV page show?.
  • Load Data and Cancel Loading fill the width of the card or window they sit in, up to 300 px wide.

Good to know

  • From 600 px wide, for example on most tablets and on many phones turned sideways, the table shows instead of the cards. Where the screen is narrower than the table, swipe sideways inside the table to see every column.
  • Everything else works the same on a phone, including Load Data, the loading window and the box that locks the page on the Basic plan. See What is the LTV page and what can I do there?.
  • You cannot switch to the table on a screen narrower than 600 px.
