How do I sign out of TrueROAS?

Use the Sign Out button at the bottom of General Settings to log out of TrueROAS in the browser you are using.

1. Click General Settings at the bottom of the left menu. On a phone or a screen narrower than 1200 px, open the menu with the button in the top left corner first.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. The Sign Out button is there under every tab.
3. Click Sign Out, the red button with an exit icon. On a phone it is as wide as the page.
4. TrueROAS signs you out and reloads the page. The login form, titled Welcome back, shows in its place.

Good to know

• Sign Out at the bottom of General Settings is the only place to sign out of TrueROAS.
• It signs you out in this browser only. Other browsers and devices where you are logged in stay logged in, and there is no button to sign out everywhere at once.
• If General Settings is not in your menu, you have no access to settings on the store you have open. Switch to a store you own, where you always see it, as described in How do I switch between my stores?. Otherwise ask the store owner to set your Settings permission to View.
