How do I share my dashboard with someone who has no login?

Share dashboard makes a link that opens a read-only copy of the current dashboard tab, for fixed dates or a rolling period, without logging in.

  1. Open the dashboard tab you want to share and click Share dashboard in the row of controls.
  2. The Share Dashboard window opens with your store name.
  3. Under Step 1: Choose a date range, pick the period the link should show:
    • The first button shows your current dates, for example 2026-09-01 - 2026-09-07. The link always shows exactly these dates.
    • 7 days, 14 days or 30 days: the last 7, 14 or 30 full days before the day the link is opened, so the link stays current.
    • Last Week: Monday to Sunday of the week before the day the link is opened.
    • Last Month: the calendar month before the day the link is opened.
  4. Under Step 2: Share the link, click the Shareable Link field or the copy icon. You see Copied to clipboard!
  5. Or click one of the icons under Share via:, Email, WhatsApp, Slack or Teams, to open that app with the link in a new message.

The line Current Dates uses a fixed time range, while others are dynamic. in the window reminds you of the difference between the first button and the others.

What the other person sees

The link opens the dashboard in their browser without a login: the tab you shared, its cards and your store's numbers for the chosen period. The Edit Dashboard button is not there and the menu is locked. The window says so at the bottom: Anyone with this link can view this dashboard but cannot make changes. The viewer also does not see your store list, your profile picture in the top right corner, the notification bell, the Trew button or the boxes that connect an ad platform.

The numbers follow your own settings, so the viewer sees your Compare to choice and your Incremental Attribution switch.

Warning: Treat the link like a password. Anyone who has it can see your sales and ad spend. The link does not expire and cannot be switched off once it is sent.

Good to know

  • The link opens on the dashboard tab that was active when you made it.
  • Nothing is saved when you share, and the same choices always give the same link.
  • A viewer cannot open the Ads Manager or the other pages from the link.

  • You cannot protect a link with a password, limit it to certain people, or see who opened it.
