How do I book a call with Rasmus?

Book a free 15-minute call with Rasmus, the founder, from the bottom of the left menu to check your setup or review your numbers.

Book a call from the menu

1. Open the left menu. On a phone or a smaller screen, tap the menu button in the top left corner first.
2. At the bottom of the menu, click Book a setup check or Book a numbers review.
3. Click one of the times shown, or More times to see the whole calendar. When no times are shown, click Pick a time.
4. Answer the questions and confirm. You get an email invite with the meeting link.

The call is free and takes 15 minutes. Bring your laptop so you can share your screen.

Which call you get

• Setup check, in your first 45 days. Rasmus goes through your setup and settings with you, makes sure your tracking works and shows you which numbers to trust.
• Numbers review, after your first 45 days. Rasmus checks that everything still tracks correctly, looks at what your numbers say about your ads and gives you his feedback on what to do next.

After you book, the menu item shows Your call with Rasmus and the time of your call.

Other places you can book

• Next to some warnings, for example when tracking has stopped or an ad account needs to be reconnected, click Get help from Rasmus.
• When setup is done, TrueROAS may show a window once, asking if you want Rasmus to check your setup. Click a time to book, or Maybe later to close it.
• Now and then, a window asks if you want Rasmus to check your setup or, after your first 45 days, review your numbers. Click a time to book, Remind me next week to see it again later, or I'm all set to close it. After your first 45 days the reminder button reads Remind me later.

These two windows only open by themselves on the Dashboard, about 4 seconds after you open it. They never open on top of another window, or when Rasmus has no free times in the next 7 days. The window that comes back now and then opens at most once a week in your first 45 days, and at most once a month after that.

Good to know

• To move or cancel your call, use the link in your email invite.
• Only the store owner sees the booking windows that open by themselves. Everyone on the store can book from the menu.
