What is My Clients and what can I do there?

A tour of the My Clients page for agencies, from your invite link and 30-day portfolio totals to the client cards and their billing links.

What My Clients is for

My Clients is the page for agency accounts. It lists the stores your login is connected to, shows how each store did over the last 30 days and who pays for it, and holds the link you share to bring in new clients at your agency discount.

Open it from My Clients in the left menu, as described in How do I find pages in the menu and fold it in?. The page title is My Clients.

If My Clients is not in your menu, your login is not set up as an agency yet. See How do I get an agency account with My Clients and a discount link?.

The page from top to bottom

  1. The invite box. Its headline names your discount, for example Your clients get 30% off. When the discount never ends, the headline reads for example Your clients get 30% off, forever. When your discount is a fixed amount instead of a percentage, the headline reads Share your link to onboard clients at a discount. Under it are the Invite a client button and your invite link with a Copy link button. See How do I invite a new client with my discount link?. The text in the box also points you to the billing link on the cards of stores you set up yourself, which is explained in How do I let a client pay for a store I set up?. What your client sees when they open one of your links is in How do I use the invite or billing link my agency sent me?.
  2. Portfolio (last 30 days), with the four cards Combined ad spend, Attributed sales, Blended ROAS and Total orders. Attribution is how TrueROAS decides which ad gets the credit for a sale. The cards add up the client cards below as their numbers load. See What do the numbers on My Clients mean?.
  3. Clients, followed by the number of stores in the list, for example Clients (20). The stores are in alphabetical order by the name on the card. The first 12 cards show, and a button such as Show more (8 more) adds up to 12 more each time you click it.
  4. One card per store. A card shows:
    • The store name. This is the store's Shopify web address when it has one, and otherwise its name in TrueROAS. Hover over the name to see the address TrueROAS uses for the store.
    • Under the name, the email of the login that owns the store, or the store's address when no email is found. Paused is added when the store is paused, and the whole card is faded.
    • On the right, a label such as Client paying or Shopify-billed. See What do the labels on a client card mean?.
    • The three numbers ROAS, Sales (30d) and Ad spend, explained in What do the numbers on My Clients mean?.
    • On stores your login added, unless the client already pays for the store or it is billed through Shopify, the Copy billing link for client button. See How do I let a client pay for a store I set up?.

While the list loads you see four grey boxes. Each card then shows three grey bars until its numbers arrive. A card further down the page loads its numbers when you scroll near it.

When there are no stores at all, a box reads No clients yet with the text Invite your first client to onboard at 30% off., where the percentage is your discount, or Invite your first client to onboard at a discount. when your discount is a fixed amount. The box has its own Invite a client button.

Which stores are listed

My Clients is not limited to clients who pay through you. It lists every store your login is connected to:

  • The stores you added yourself, including your own brand's stores.
  • Stores shared with you, such as a client's store that joined through your invite link.
  • The stores of the teams you are on, such as the team of a client who invited you.
  • Client stores that TrueROAS support linked to your login.

Deleted stores are left out. Paused stores stay on the list.

If a store you expect is not there, see Why is a client missing from My Clients?.

What you cannot do on this page

Good to know

  • My Clients belongs to the one login that support set up as the agency. Other people on your team do not see it when they log in with their own login.
  • My Clients always opens, even when the store you have selected is waiting for a payment.
  • The list and the labels load when you open the page. Reload the page to see a change, such as a client who has just finished checkout.
  • On a phone the cards are in one column. From 600 px wide they are in two columns, and from 1200 px wide in three.
