How do I disconnect an AI tool or revoke an access token?

Open the Trew MCP integrations page to see every AI tool and token that can read your store data, and revoke one to cut off its access.

Where your AI connections are listed

Every AI tool that can read your TrueROAS data does so with a token on your login. Claude and ChatGPT get one when you click Allow Access in the TrueROAS sign-in window. You make one yourself each time you click Generate new token, or create one with New token. All of them are listed on one page:

  1. Go to app.trueroas.com/settings/integrations in your browser while you are logged in to TrueROAS. The page is called Trew MCP integrations.
  2. Your tokens are listed under Active tokens.

The page has no item in the left menu and no tab in General Settings, so type the address. When the Connect AI Assistants page or the TrueROAS sign-in window tells you to manage or disconnect your tools under Settings and Integrations, this is the page they mean.

Read the token list

  • The newest tokens are at the top.
  • Each row shows the label, Created with a date and time, and Last used with a date and time, or never. After a first use, from follows with the technical name the AI tool sent, which can be long.
  • Small labels under the name show what the token may do, written as codes: read:metrics, read:memory, write:memory and read:threads. They match the switches Read metrics, Read memory, Write memory and Read past conversations.

To tell the rows apart:

RowWhere it came from
The name of your AI tool followed by (OAuth connector)You connected Claude or ChatGPT and clicked Allow Access. Each time you connect again, a new row is added.
One label that all of these rows shareYou clicked Generate new token on the Connect AI Assistants page. Use Created to tell these apart.
A label you typedYou made the token with New token on this page.

When you have no tokens, the list reads No tokens yet. Click "New token" to create one. If the list cannot load, the reason shows in red above it.

To make a new token on this page, see How do I connect Claude Code or Cursor with an access token?.

Revoke a token

  1. Click the red bin icon at the right end of the row (tooltip Revoke).
  2. Your browser asks Revoke this token? Clients using it will immediately lose access. Confirm.
  3. The row disappears from the list.

The AI tool that used the token loses access with its next request. Claude or ChatGPT may then ask you to connect again. If you do, a new row is added.

To cut off every AI tool, revoke each row.

Stop ad changes only

To keep the connection but stop your AI tool from changing your ads, turn off Let AI assistants change my ads. See Can Claude or ChatGPT change my ads?.

Good to know

  • Removing the TrueROAS connector inside Claude or ChatGPT does not remove its row here. TrueROAS keeps the token until you revoke it, and the Claude, ChatGPT & more card on Integrations can keep showing Connected.
  • You only see and revoke the tokens on your own login. Everyone on the store manages their own.
  • A revoked token cannot be switched back on. Make a new token, or connect Claude or ChatGPT again as described in How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT to TrueROAS?.
  • When you have revoked every token, the Claude, ChatGPT & more card goes back to Set up.
  • Dates and times show in your browser's own format.
  • The key for the TrueROAS API is not listed here. You manage it on its own page, as described in How do I get an API key and pull my TrueROAS data?.
