Can I hide the decimals on money amounts?
Turn on Round money to whole numbers so sales, spend, cost per order and other amounts show without decimals.
Turn it on
- Click General Settings at the bottom of the left menu and open the Store Settings tab.
- Under Reporting Settings, click Manage.
- Under Data Options, turn on Round money to whole numbers (Show 45.32 as 45. ROAS and percentages keep their decimals).
- You will see Money is now shown in whole numbers. Turning it off shows Money now shows decimals on small amounts.
What changes
- Every money amount is rounded to the nearest whole number, for example 45.32 becomes 45 and 45.50 becomes 46.
- This covers the dashboard cards and charts, the channel table, Ads Manager, Product Attribution, LTV, Creative Lab and order costs in Order Flow.
- ROAS, MER, POAS, percentages such as CTR, and frequency keep their decimals, so 2.45x stays 2.45x.
- With the setting off, amounts under 100 show up to two decimals and larger amounts show none.
Good to know
- The setting applies to the whole store, so everyone on the store sees the same numbers.
- Only the store owner or an admin can change it. Everyone else sees a message saying so.
- It only changes how amounts look. Your sales, ROAS and the data sent to ad platforms stay exactly the same.
- Each amount is rounded on its own, so the rows in a table can add up to a total that is one or two off.
- Report emails, the Reports pages and answers from Trew still show decimals.
