What reports can I get in TrueROAS?
The Reports page keeps seven kinds of report side by side, from a weekly summary to a report on what your spend changes did to sales.
Where to find them
Click Reports in the menu. Every kind of report has its own column. The newest report of each kind is shown big, with its key number and a short takeaway. Older ones sit under Earlier, and Show all opens the full list.
A column only appears once it has at least one report.
The seven kinds
| Report | What it answers | How it is made |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly summary | How did last week go across every channel? | Automatically every Monday, or on request. See What is in the Weekly summary report? |
| Shopify | How is the store doing on sales, orders and customers? | On request, and automatically for last month and last quarter. See What is in the Shopify report? |
| Meta Ads | How are my Meta campaigns, ad sets and ads doing? | On request, and automatically for last month and last quarter. See What is in the Meta Ads report? |
| Google Ads | How are my Google campaigns and keywords doing? | On request, and automatically for last month and last quarter. See What is in the Google Ads report? |
| Combined | How do the store and the ad platforms look together? | Automatically, after a Shopify report and an ad platform report exist. See What is in the Combined report? |
| Spend changes | What happened to sales when I changed my ad spend? | On request. See What happened to my sales when I changed my ad spend? |
| Alert Agent | Did my ROAS move more than usual yesterday? | Automatically, once a day, when switched on. See What are Alert Agent reports? |
The automatic Shopify, Meta Ads and Google Ads reports are made when you open the Dashboard: last month's and last quarter's report, for each of the three that is connected to your store and does not have that report yet. For the banner that announces them, see What are the banners and pop-ups above my Dashboard cards?.
To make one yourself, see How do I create a new report?.
Filter by period
When you have reports that cover at least two kinds of period, a row of buttons appears above the columns. It has All, plus one button for each kind of period you have reports for: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly or Custom range. Each button ends with how many reports it holds, for example All 12. Click one to show only those.

- Send a report to someone or remove it: How do I share or delete a report?
- Read an alert: How do I read an Alert Agent report?
- Get fewer or more alerts: How do I choose how sensitive Alert Agent alerts are?

- An alert you expected never came: Why didn't Alert Agent email me when my ROAS changed?
Good to know
- Reports belong to the whole store. Everyone with access to the store sees the same list.
- A report is a snapshot. It keeps the numbers from the moment it was made and does not update afterwards.
- A red dot next to a report means its new report notification is still unread on your login. It goes away when you open the report or mark the notification as read. Reports you make with New Report send no notification, so they do not get a dot. See What does the notification bell show?.
- You cannot rename a report or change its date range after it is made. Create a new one instead.
