How do I switch between my stores?

Pick a store in the store list at the top of the left menu, and every page switches to that store for your login only.

Open the store list

The store list sits at the top of the left menu, next to the notification bell. It shows the store you have open, with a Shopify, WooCommerce or shop icon in front of its name. On a screen narrower than 1200 px, tap the menu button in the top left corner first.

The same list is also under Your store in the panel that opens when you click your profile picture in the top right corner.

1. Click the store name. The list opens and loads your stores. Grey placeholder rows show while it loads.
2. Click a store. Every page now shows that store.

What the list shows

• Add New Store is always the first row. See How do I add a store to TrueROAS?.
• Under it comes the store you have open, then your other running stores, then the paused ones.
• Each row shows the platform icon and the store name. For a Shopify store this is its main web address when TrueROAS knows it.
• Active marks the store you have open.
• Shared marks another running store that someone else owns and shares with you.
• A store with Inactive or Tracking off has a light red background. What these two labels mean, and how to pause or start a store with the pause and play buttons at the right of each row, is explained in Why are my newest orders or ad spend not showing yet?.
• On stores you can delete, a trash icon sits at the far right. See How do I delete a store from TrueROAS?.
• When there are no stores to show, the list reads No stores available.

The store name when the list is closed

When the list is closed, it shows the name of the store you have open, without .myshopify.com at the end. Hover over the name for a moment to read it in full. Inactive, Tracking off or Shared shows next to the name too, and the name of a store with Inactive or Tracking off is red.

Which stores are in the list

• The stores you own, such as the ones you added yourself.
• When you are on someone's team as an Admin or a Team Member, all of that person's stores.
• When you are on someone's team with Store Access, only the stores they picked for you.
• Deleted stores never show.

Good to know

• The store you pick is saved to your login. It stays selected when you log in on another device, and every TrueROAS tab you have open switches with it. Other people on the store keep their own choice.
• Your date range stays the same when you switch stores.
• If your login has no store selected but you have access to stores, for example right after you join a team, TrueROAS picks one for you and prefers a store that is not paused. Before you have any store, the menu shows an Add New Store button instead of the list.
• The list is hidden while the menu is folded in. See How do I find pages in the menu and fold it in?. There is no store list in the left menu in demo mode, or on a dashboard someone shared with you as a link.
