What do I do if I forgot my password?

Click Forgot password? on the login form, enter your email address and follow the link TrueROAS emails you to set a new password.

Send yourself a reset link

On the login form, click Forgot password? under the Password field, just above Log In.
The Reset password screen says Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link. Type the email address you log in with in Email.
If a robot check shows under the field, tick it.
Click Send Reset Email. The button stays greyed out until you type something in the field.
A window confirms Reset Password Email Sent and says Your password reset email has been sent. Make sure to check junk inbox if you can't find it. It lists the next steps: 1. Follow the link., 2. Set a new password. and 3. Go to app.trueroas.com to log in again. Close the window with the X in its top right corner.

To go back to the login form without sending anything, click Return to sign in under the button.

Open the email and follow the link in it.
On the page that opens, type your new password and save it.
Go to app.trueroas.com and log in with your email address and your new password, as described in How do I create a TrueROAS account and log in?.

Look in your junk or spam folder.
If no account uses the email address you typed, a red message at the bottom of the screen says there is no user record for it, and no email is sent. Try the address you signed up with.
If you created your account with Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook, log in with that button on the login form instead.

A new password only changes your own login. Nobody else on the store is affected.
TrueROAS cannot email you your current password. You can only set a new one.
