What do Bronze, Silver and Gold data quality mean?
The medal under your store in the profile panel only counts the days since the store was added, and it reaches Gold on day 60.
Where you see it
- Click your profile picture in the top right corner. It has a small gear badge.
- In the panel that opens, look under Your store. Below the store list, a small medal shows with a line such as Bronze data quality. Tracking for 5 days.
- Point at the medal or its line to read what it means.
What each medal means
The medal only depends on how many days ago the store was added to TrueROAS. The days are rounded to whole days, and a store added today counts as 1 day.

After the medal name, the line says Tracking for and the number of days, for example Tracking for 12 days.
When TrueROAS has no date for when the store was added, an empty medal shows Just installed. and Wait 3 days for better data.
What it does not check
The medal does not look at whether visits and orders are coming in, whether your ad accounts are connected or how many orders were matched to your ads. It keeps moving up even when tracking has stopped or the store is paused.

Good to know
- The medal is the same for everyone on the store, because it counts from the day the store was added.
- It shows for the store you have open. To see another store's medal, switch stores as described in How do I switch between my stores?.
- The medal fades while the store is paused.
- When TrueROAS has stopped a store, a red line under the medal says why and what to do.
- You cannot speed it up. It moves to Silver and then Gold by itself as the days pass.
