What are the banners and pop-ups above my Dashboard cards?

What the report banner, the Your first numbers are in card and the other boxes above your Dashboard cards mean, and which ones you can close.

The report banner

A banner above the Meta CAPI bar tells you when a new report is being made or is ready. Which reports TrueROAS makes by itself, and when, is explained in What reports can I get in TrueROAS?.

While a report is being made, the banner reads, for example, Preparing Your September 2026 Report... with the line We're crunching your numbers across all your connected platforms. Once the report is ready, the banner says so and shows a View Your Reports button.

BannerWhen it showsView Your Reports opens
Your Weekly Report Is Ready!A Weekly summary was made in the last 3 days. The line under it names the week. That Weekly summary on the Reports page
Your September 2026 Report Is Ready!Last month's reports were made in the last 3 days. The Reports page
Your Q3 2026 Report Is Ready!Last quarter's reports were made in the last 3 days. The Reports page

The monthly and quarterly banners also show a badge for each connected platform: Shopify, Meta Ads or Google Ads.

Only one banner shows at a time: a new Weekly summary first, then the monthly report, then the quarterly one. Three days after a report was made, its banner stops appearing by itself.

To hide the banner, click the X in its top right corner. It comes back the next time you open the Dashboard, until its 3 days are over. Closing it while a report is being made does not stop the report.

The report preview for a new store

In the first two hours after you add a store, a new report for it can open in a window, together with the message Your report is ready!. The window is titled Your Shopify Report is Ready, Your Meta Ads Report is Ready or Your Google Ads Report is Ready and shows up to three numbers from the report:

  • Shopify: Total Sales, Orders and Avg Order.
  • Meta Ads: Ad Spend, ROAS and Purchases.
  • Google Ads: Ad Spend, ROAS and Clicks.

View Full Report shows the whole report in the same window, where Open Full Page opens it on the Reports page. Open in Full Page goes to the Reports page straight away. The window opens only once.

Your first numbers are in

Some stores see a card titled Your first numbers are in near the top of the Dashboard, above the Meta CAPI bar. It appears in your first 45 days, once tracking has been live for at least 3 days, if you have not had or booked a call with Rasmus, the founder of TrueROAS. It compares a few days of sales from your Meta ads:

  • Meta says: the sales Meta reports for your Meta ads.
  • TrueROAS tracked: the sales TrueROAS tied to those same ads.

The line under them starts with the number of days, for example Last 5 days., and explains that a gap like this is normal, because Meta also counts sales it can't tie to a click. When the two numbers are not available, the card asks Do they look different from Meta? and gives the same explanation.

If Meta reports sales but TrueROAS has not tied any of them to your Meta ads, the card is titled TrueROAS hasn't tied any sales to Meta yet instead. It says this usually means a setup step is missing, and its button reads Get help from Rasmus.

The card goes away for good when you close it with the X or once you book a call.

Other banners and windows

From top to bottom, these can sit above your cards:

These windows can open by themselves:

Good to know

  • The report banner is the same for everyone on the store. Closing it only hides it on your screen, until you open the Dashboard again.
  • Only the store owner sees Your first numbers are in.
  • TikTok and the other ad platforms do not get monthly or quarterly reports, so the banner never announces one for them.
  • You cannot turn the report banner off for good, or stop TrueROAS from making the weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
