How do I show only the orders from one channel?

Pick Credited to, First touch or Last touch above the table, then a channel in the Channel field, to list only the orders that match.

Filter the list

  1. Above the table in Order Flow, click the button for what you want to filter on:
    • Credited to: the channel the order is credited to. Attribution is how TrueROAS decides which ad or channel gets the credit for a sale. This button is picked when the page opens.
    • First touch: the channel of the customer's first visit.
    • Last touch: the channel of the last visit before the purchase.
  2. The line under the buttons says what you picked: Reflects your E-Commerce model, with the name of the model in use, First channel the customer came through or Last channel before the purchase.
  3. Click the Channel field and pick a channel. You can type to narrow the list.
  4. The table now holds only the matching orders, newest first, and the count reads for example 12 of 200 Orders.

To see every order again, hover over the Channel field, or tap it on a phone, and click the x at its right end. Clicking another of the three buttons also empties the Channel field.

What each column shows is explained in What do the columns in Order Flow mean?.

Which channels you can pick

  • The list only holds the channels found in the orders loaded on the page, in alphabetical order.
  • A channel matches by its exact name, so Google Ads does not include Google Organic.
  • The names are the ones in the table columns. With First touch or Last touch, visits shown as Other source in the table are listed as Others in the Channel field.
  • Right after the page loads, Credited to can offer only Other source for a moment, until TrueROAS has worked out which channel gets the credit. Why an order can stay on Other source is explained in Why does an order show Direct, Other source or a channel I did not expect?.

Good to know

  • The filter works on the orders loaded so far. When the count says loaded so far, scroll down in the table to load more orders. They are filtered too.
  • Only one filter works at a time. You cannot, for example, combine a first touch channel with a last touch channel.
  • Export downloads only the orders that match the filter, while Export all ignores it. See How do I export my orders to a CSV file?.
  • Searching for an order number sets the filter aside until you clear the search. See How do I find an order by its order number?.
  • The filter is not saved. It resets when you leave or reload the page.
  • You cannot filter by new or returning customers, by amount or by product.
